Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game DinoFusion (the "Game") for Android, developed by DinoStudio (the "Developer", "we"). The Game is free to play and is supported by optional rewarded ads.

Your game progress
Your progress (dinosaurs, coins, upgrades, settings and your privacy choices) is saved only on your device. We have no servers that store it. The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
The Game does not include analytics or crash-reporting tools. We do not collect statistics about how you play.
When you write to us
The "Contact" option in the Game's settings opens your own email app. If you send us an email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to answer you. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Advertising
The Game only shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus (for example, doubling your offline earnings). There are no forced interstitial or banner ads, and you can play the whole Game without watching any ad. Ads are served by:

When an ad is requested, these partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address, device and app information and your interactions with the ad, in order to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you have consented, personalize them. Please read their privacy policies for details.
Your choices and consent
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before any ad is requested, the Game shows Google's consent form so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads and the Game works exactly the same.
You can review or change your choice at any time from the Game: Settings > Privacy options.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- You can delete all your game data at any time by clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it.
- You may ask us to access or delete data related to you by writing to dinostudio.contact@gmail.com. Because we do not store your game data or know who you are, requests about advertising data are best addressed to the partners above; we will help you as much as we can.
Data retention
Your game progress stays on your device until you delete it. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.
International transfers
Our advertising partners may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, using appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We rely on trusted providers that protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information processed by the Game.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the Game adds new features. Changes are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
